The designs will be sent to you by email with in 24 hours. PLEASE make sure the email you give is correct and that you can get attachments. If you don't hear from me with in 24 hours, please email me using a differant email address.
Be sure you can receive attachments on your email. Be sure you can unzip the file. I use WINZIP. Once the Rose Angel embroidery file is sent to you, be sure to back up your copy. The zip file will include the text file for colors used, however you may use your own colors.
All sales are final, there will be no refunds. If there is a problem with the design you have paid for, it will be replaced.
