Designs will be sent to you in a zip file by email within 24 hours. If you don't get them, please check back to this web site and send me an email, because there might be a problem with your email address.
All sales are final, there will beno refunds. If there is a problem with the design you have paid for, it will be replaced.
Be sure you can receive attachments on your email. Be sure you can unzip the file. I useWINZIP. Once the Rose Angel embroidery file is sent to you, be sure to back up your copy. The zip file will include the text file for colors used, however you may use your own colors.
