Design will be sent to you in a zip file by email within 24 hours. If you don't get them, please check back to this web site and send me an email, because there might be a problem with your email address.

Files are in HUS-VIP-JEF-PES these formats. You will have to tell me which format you need either by email or on the notes area of the PayPal ordering page. If you don't, I will send HUS format because that is what I digitize in.

 

                

EVERYONE PLEASE Make sure your email address is correct and that you can get attachments, if you don't I can not send you the designs you order.

All sales are final, there will be no refunds. If there is a problem with the design you have paid for, it will be replaced.

 Be sure you can receive attachments on your email. Be sure you can unzip the file. I use WINZIP. Once the Rose Angel embroidery file is sent to you, be sure to back up your copy. The zip file will include the text file for colors used, however you may use your own colors.

You may not resale my digitized designs, or  add them to any other group of files and or put them onto a CD for sale.
