Designs will be sent to you in a zip file by email within 24 hours. If you don't get them, please check back to this web site and send me an email, because there might be a problem with your email address.

EVERYONE PLEASE Make sure your email address is correct and that you can get attachments, if you don't I can not send you the designs you order.

Email Information: Click on the image of a rose angel to send me an email with any questions you might have about my Rose Angels. If you want to send a personal check or money order please email with all your information.

 

All sales are final, there will be no refunds. If there is a problem with the design you have paid for, it will be replaced.

 Be sure you can receive attachments on your email. Be sure you can unzip the file. I use WINZIP. Once the Rose Angel embroidery file is sent to you, be sure to back up your copy. The zip file will include the text file for colors used, however you may use your own colors.
