Designs will be sent to you in a zip file by email within 24 hours. If you don't get them, please check back to this web site and send me an email, because there might be a problem with your email address.

Files are in HUS-VIP-JEF-PES formats. You will have to tell me which format you need either by email or on the notes area of the PayPal ordering page.

Email Information: Click on the image of a rose angel to send me an email with any questions you might have about my Rose Angels. If you want to send a personal check or money order please email with all your information.

All sales are final, there will be no refunds . If there is a problem with the design you have paid for, it will be replaced.

Be sure you can unzip the file. I use WINZIP. Once the Rose Angel embroidery file is sent to you, be sure to back up your copy. The zip file will include the text file for colors used, however you may use your own colors.
